本文分析了国内外自吸泵的资料,抓住了提高自吸性能而又不降低效率这个主要矛盾,提出了外混式自吸泵双层壳结构和加大叶轮D_2,b_2,β_(2m)的设计方法,使研制的自吸泵,其自吸性能和效率都接近国外同类泵的先进水平。文中在对四种泵体结构和七个叶轮进行大量试验的基础上,进行了分析研究,对今后自吸泵设计提供了有价值的参考资料。
This paper analyzes the data of self-priming pumps at home and abroad, seizes the main contradiction of improving self-priming performance without reducing efficiency, and proposes the double-shell structure of external mixing self-priming pump and the increase of impeller D_2, b_2, β_ (2m ) Design method, so that self-priming pump developed, its self-priming performance and efficiency are close to the advanced level of similar foreign pumps. Based on a large number of experiments on four pump structures and seven impellers, the paper has carried on the analysis and research, and has provided the valuable reference material for the self-priming pump design in the future.
