本文回顾、分析和研究了我国投资体制改革所走过的历程 ,认为我国投资体制改革的总目标是充分的市场化 ,具体内容包括 :( 1)赋予企业独立的法人地位 ,使其成为真正的投融资主体 ;( 2 )政府从一般性投资领域中退出 ,在绝大多数投资领域严格按市场经济规律办事 ,公平竞争 ,一视同仁 ;( 3 )支持银行独立审贷 ;( 4 )大力发展资本市场 ;( 5 )全力推进社会投资 ;( 6)建立健全服务体系 ;( 7)积极稳步推进利率市场化改革 ;( 8)政府加强宏观调控 ;( 9)调整政府投资方向
This paper reviews, analyzes and studies the course of the reform of the investment system in our country and holds that the general goal of China’s reform of the investment system is to fully marketization.
