一、翻修废旧轴承的意义滚动轴承运转一段时间之后,不可避免地会发生损坏,这就需要更换新的轴承。据统计,每年更新的轴承约占总需要量的10～15％。实验证明,这些废旧轴承用适当的方法翻修后,其使用寿命能达到国家标准规定的G级轴承计算寿命的70～85％,有些还可以更高一些。倘若修复率为50～60％,则每年可翻修的轴承数量相当可观。由于轴承翻修所需的工艺装备比轴承制造简单得多,所以,组织废旧轴承翻修,可以少花钱而收效快。我们开展轴承翻修工作三年多来深深体会到:送来修理的轴承都是急用的。
