On the morning of May 4, Li Qiang, governor of Zhejiang Province, specially presided over the plenary session of the editorial board of local history of Zhejiang Province and the editorial board of “Zhejiang Tongzhi” in the State Department’s “Local History Working Regulations” promulgating the 10th anniversary. This is the first plenary session of the Editorial Board held by Governor Li Qiang as director of two editorial boards.
