对201例≥90岁的长寿老人(平均年龄93.0±1.04岁)、23例80—89岁和211例20—50岁青、中年的HLA-A(13型位点抗原)、B(21型)、C(6型)型别调查结果显示:上海地区A9型与长寿高度关联(长寿老人组频率38%,对照组为24%,Fisher’s P值0.0007),而A30呈高度负相关(Fisher’s P值0.0034);Cw3、Cw7亦呈负相关(Fisher’s P值分别为0.0066及0.0091。A30、CW3、Cw7可能与衰老有不同程度的关联。A9、A30与长寿老人红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量无显著差异。
Totally 201 long-lived elders (mean age 93.0 ± 1.04 years) ≥90 years old, 23 cases of HLA-A (HLA-A alleles 13) and B (Type C) and type C (Type 6). The results showed that A9 type was highly correlated with longevity in Shanghai (38% in the longevity group, 24% in the control group, and 0.0007 in the Fisher’s P value), while A30 was highly negatively correlated P value 0.0034), Cw3 and Cw7 were also negatively correlated (Fisher’s P values were 0.0066 and 0.0091, respectively. There was a significant association between CW3 and Cw7 and aging.A9, A30 and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase ) Content was no significant difference.
