目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血管内皮功能与氧化应激的相关性。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者20例和稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者20例以及正常对照组20例,分别采用硝酸还原酶法、硫代巴比妥酸比色法及黄嘌呤氧化法检测一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与正常对照组相比,CHD组血浆中NO、SOD水平显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA水平显著升高(均P<0.01)。与SA患者比较,UA患者NO水平变化更加显著(P<0.05)。结论CHD患者尤其是UA患者血管内皮功能减退,NO水平降低,与氧化应激增强有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between endothelial function and oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Twenty patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA), 20 patients with stable angina pectoris (SA) and 20 normal controls were enrolled in this study. Nitric acid reductase, thiobarbituric acid and xanthine oxidation The content of nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected. Results Compared with the normal control group, NO and SOD levels in CHD group were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and MDA levels were significantly increased (all P <0.01). Compared with SA patients, the changes of NO level in UA patients were more significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Endothelial dysfunction, NO level decreased in patients with CHD, especially in UA patients, which is associated with the increased oxidative stress.
