Wistar大鼠行双侧肾上腺切除,将一枚异体新生鼠肾上腺植入右侧肾被膜下,观察移植后的肾上腺组织学和血清中ACTH含量的变化。结果:移植后1周,植入的肾上腺变性,中央坏死,囊下细胞再生。移植后7周,皮质分化成球状带、束状带和网状带并具有分泌功能。移植后鼠血清中ACTH逐渐升高,在移植后第5周达高峰,第7周显著下降。结论:在同种肾上腺移植中,新生鼠肾上腺是理想的移植物。
Wistar rats were subjected to bilateral adrenalectomy, and an allogeneic newborn adrenal gland was implanted into the right kidney capsule to observe the change of adrenal histology and serum ACTH levels after transplantation. Results: One week after transplantation, the adrenal glands were implanted, central necrosis, and subcystic cell regeneration. Seven weeks after transplantation, the cortex differentiated into a globular zone, a fasciculate zone and a reticular zone and had a secretory function. After transplantation, the serum ACTH increased gradually, reaching the peak at the fifth week after transplantation and decreased significantly at the seventh week. CONCLUSIONS: Neonatal adrenal glands are ideal grafts in allograft adrenal glands.
