ATP敏感性钾离子通道(KATP)是一种微弱的内向整流性钾离子通道。该通道对钾离子具有选择性,能量的消耗可以使其激活,通过将细胞代谢和细胞电活动联系在一起,从而在细胞功能的调节中起到重要的作用。目前已有关于KATP在脑缺血缺氧中作用的报道,但大部分研究将重心放在该通道在脑缺血缺氧早期所起的保护作用方面,而其在后期引起的损伤作用并未引起足够的重视。“,”ATP-sensitive potassium channel ( KATP ) is a weak inwardly rectifying potassium channel which exhibits K +selectivity and can be activated under energy expenditure.Via the connection of cellular metabolism and electrical activity in the cells,it plays a pivotal role in the regulation of cell functions.Mas-sive existing data shows the effects of K ATP channels in the cerebral ischemia-hypoxia,however,most of them focus on its protective effects in the early phase of cerebral hypoxia-ischemia,while the damage effect in the late phase has not raised enough attention.
