超声波热量表因其需要不停计量的工作特性,现有方案大都采用内嵌电池的方法提供工作电源,电池的寿命决定了热量表的使用周期。为了提高热量表的使用周期,首次在可充电锂电池的基础上添加了发电片型号为TEC112706的温差发电装置。详细介绍了温差发电的原理以及相应硬件电路的具体实现方法。该方案大大延长了超声波热量表的使用周期,减少了能耗,绿色环保,通过校验台测试,产品工作稳定,性能满足设计要求,有望推广应用。
Ultrasonic heat meter because of its need for continuous measurement of the working characteristics of the existing programs are mostly embedded battery approach to provide power supply, the battery life determines the heat meter life cycle.
