昌平酒厂冷却水回收利用工程是节能技术改造项目。该项目从设计、施工到建成投运,各项指标达到了原设计要求,满足了生产工艺的需要。这是北京市第一家采用冷却水重复利用的酿酒厂。改造前总用水量为每天3840吨,是昌平县的用水大户。其中用于冷却的水量为每天2760吨,占总用水量的72%。由于这部分热水直接排放,所以水的资源浪费严重,不仅造成地下水位不断下降,形成供水日趋紧张,使生产发展受到了限制,而且对环境造成污染。该项目采取了如下措施:(1)由原设想的两个循环水系统,改为一个大系统,减少占地面积三分之一,减少操作工人4名,节约了投
Changping Winery cooling water recycling project is an energy-saving technological transformation project. From the design, construction to completion and operation of the project, the indicators have met the original design requirements and have met the needs of the production process. This is the first brewery in Beijing to reuse cooling water. The total amount of water used before the reconstruction is 3,840 tons per day, and it is a major water user in Changping County. The amount of water used for cooling is 2760 tons per day, which accounts for 72% of the total water consumption. This not only causes the continuous decline of the groundwater level, the formation of increasingly tight water supply, and limits the production and development, but also causes pollution to the environment. The project adopted the following measures: (1) Changed the two circulating water systems originally envisaged to a large system, reduced the floor area by one third, reduced the number of operating workers by four, and saved the investment.
