故障现象一辆荣威550车,累计行驶里程约为16万km,当换挡手柄处于N挡、D挡时仪表无显示(图1)。故障诊断及排除根据维修手册调整空挡起动开关位置后试车,故障依旧。利用故障检测仪读取相关故障代码,无故障代码存储。利用故障检测仪实时观察A、B、C、PA 4组触点的组合方式,发现在N挡、D挡时,B、C、PA均处于接通状态,查询维修手册得知4组触点的组合方式如表1所列,判断可能是空挡起动开关存在故障,更换空挡起动开关并调整位置后试车,N挡显示恢复正常,D挡仍然不显示。
