记得20多年前在大学学习时,读过一本国外学者写的孙中山与20世纪初中国革命的书,书中有一句话给我很深的印象(可惜忘了书名),大意是:梁启超的笔制造了20世纪初的中国革命。后来,接触了较多的梁启超的个人传记材料,对梁启超在19世纪末20世纪初主编的《时务报》《清议报》和《新民丛报》在近代思想启蒙上的作用有了更深入的了解。
