小波变换是当前热门的研究课题,它在信号和图象处理领域获得了非常广泛的应用。当图象经过小波变换后被分解不同分辨率级和不同方向的子图象,对不同的子图象采用不同的编码方法,为了提高编码效率还采用了多级零编码技术。最后给出的实验结果表明:采用本文的压缩方法可以得到较高的压缩比。在压缩比为128∶1时,峰值信噪比(PSNR)仍有27.73dB.
Wavelet transform is currently a hot research topic, it has obtained a very wide range of applications in the field of signal and image processing. When the image is subdivided into different resolution levels and sub-images in different directions after wavelet transform, different encoding methods are used for different sub-images. In order to improve the encoding efficiency, a multi-level zero-encoding technique is also used. Finally, the experimental results show that: using the compression method of this paper can get a higher compression ratio. At a compression ratio of 128: 1, the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) is still 27.73 dB.
