习近平、李克强对东北三省暴雨洪涝灾害作出重要指示8月14日以来,我国东北大部出现降雨过程,局部地区暴雨,引发洪涝等灾害。灾害发生后,党中央、国务院高度重视。中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平作出重要指示,指出入汛以来,东北三省特别是黑龙江、松花江流域和辽宁省部分地区发生严重洪涝灾害,造成一定的人员伤亡和财产损失。各地党委政府、解放军和武警部队、广大干部群众要迅速行动起来,积极组织开展抗洪抢险工作,力避洪灾造成更大危害。目前,主汛期虽过,但东北三省秋汛形势依然严峻。要防止麻痹、松劲思想,坚持抗灾到底。要把确保人民群众生命安全放在第一位,全力搜救失踪人员,及时组织受洪水威胁地区群众转移避险,妥善安排好受灾群众的秋冬生活,抓紧灾后恢复重建。中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理李克强也作出指示,要求国家防总会同有关部门指导和积极帮助地方进一步加强抗灾抢险工作,全力做好搜救失踪人员、及时转移受威胁地区群众、妥善安置受灾群众和相关善后工作。
