国内外常用的水工钢闸门自润滑轴瓦材料大致有胶木、塑料、镶嵌型和三层复合材料 ,这些轴瓦材料都具有良好的自润滑特性 ,其承载能力基本小于 6 7MPa。武汉水利电力大学新研制的TSG 15 0复合材料轴瓦和TS 70钉板型铜塑复合材料轴瓦的承载能力均不小于 15 0MPa ,如取 1 5的安全系数其承载能力也可达 10 0MPa,而且干摩擦系数仅为 0 0 8左右 ,还具有优良的水及油脂润滑特性 ,是一种承载能力较大、摩擦系数较小的水工钢闸门自润滑轴瓦材料
Domestic and foreign common hydraulic steel gate self-lubricating bearing materials are generally bakelite, plastic, mosaic and three-layer composite materials, these bearing materials have good self-lubricating properties, and its carrying capacity is basically less than 6 7MPa. The carrying capacity of newly developed TSG 150 composite bearing and TS 70 staple-type copper-plastic composite bearing of Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering are all not less than 15 0MPa. If the safety factor of 15 is taken, the bearing capacity can reach 10 0MPa. Dry friction coefficient is only about 0 0 8, but also has excellent water and grease lubrication characteristics, is a bearing capacity larger friction coefficient smaller hydraulic steel gate self-lubricating bearing material
