用提纯的变形链球菌(血清型c)细胞表面蛋白P1加弗氏佐剂对BALB/C鼠行腮腺区和背部皮下注射免疫,得到含高效价抗P1抗体的鼠血清和唾液。将血清和唾液样本分别作梯度稀释,观察不同稀释倍数的抗P1抗体对S.mutansMT6R粘附的影响。结果发现原倍及稀释度为1∶2,1∶4,1∶8,1∶16,1∶32的抗变链C型表面蛋白P1血清抗体和唾液抗体均可明显抑制S.mutansMT6R在唾液包被的羟磷灰石微珠(S-HA)表面的粘附(P<0.05)。随着抗体稀释倍数的增加,抑制作用逐渐降低,稀释倍数达64倍时,抗P1抗体对MT6R的粘附无明显抑制效应(P>0.05)。
BALB / c mice were immunized subcutaneouly with parotid gland region and back with Purified Streptococcus mutans (serotype c) cell surface protein P1 plus Freund's adjuvant to obtain rat serum and saliva containing high titer anti-P1 antibody. The serum and saliva samples were respectively gradient-diluted to observe anti-P1 antibody pairs with different dilution times. Effect of mutansMT6R adhesion. The results showed that the anti-variant chain C-type surface protein P1 serum antibody and salivary antibody of the original times and the dilution of 1: 2,1: 4,1: 8,1:16,1:32 were significantly inhibited. Adhesion of mutans MT6R on saliva coated hydroxyapatite microbeads (S-HA) surface (P <0.05). With the increase of the dilution of antibody, the inhibition decreased gradually. When the dilution was up to 64 times, the anti-P1 antibody did not significantly inhibit the adhesion of MT6R (P> 0.05).
