集群品牌风险研究文献显示,风险成因有产业集群自身风险所引致的间接风险和集群品牌产权公有性所引致的直接风险;应通过建立集群品牌使用许可制、建立集群与市场之间信息交流平台、加强政府与行业协会对集群品牌的监管、建立集群企业社区,规避集群品牌风险。本文提出可从关系型契约、集群规模、专用性资产和集群内企业集体行动等方面进一步探讨集群品牌风险规避策略;指出集群规模、集群模块化和异质性企业等问题是未来集群品牌风险规避研究领域值得关注的论题。
