随着网络信息技术的飞速发展,企业要想在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,人才是必争之地,当今社会的竞争是人才的竞争,只有吸引并且留住人才的企业才能占据成功的不败之地,屹立不倒,人才是企业最重要的财富之一。我国企业不断发展,企业管理理念的与时俱进和管理方式的逐渐国际化,使得我国企业对管理人才的要求越来越高。石油企业传统的人事管理方法中存在着许多弊端,因此石油企业需要紧跟时代的脚步,逐渐变更管理模式,促进管理方法信息化。本文主要针对石油企业人事档案管理中存在的问题提出创新的方案。

This article mainly proposes the innovative plan for the existing problems in the personnel archives management of petroleum enterprises.
