为了解全县食品卫生的质量状况,我站食品监督所于1992年4~11月共抽查了桦川县四类食品522件样品进行卫生细菌学检验,现将大肠菌群一项检测情况汇报如下。1 采样、检验及评定:均按国家标准方法进行。2 结果与分析:结果表明,糕点类、清凉饮料、肉制品、调味品四大类食品的大肠菌群不合格率分别为7.55%(25/337)、8.57%(12/140)、6.67%(2/30)、4.76(1/21)。其中清凉饮料类较高,调味品类最低。在不合格的样品中,有的大肠菌群超过国家允许标准几倍至几十倍。例
