本文介绍为葛洲坝船闸集控而研制的水位装置。该设备采用Z—80微处理器为心脏,具有智能检错功能,可自动判别因传感器故障而产生的数据错误,克服了普通水位计的弱点。显示采用一块显示板显示多组数据,还可根据需要随时扩充多块显示板。发出开门信号的时机可以通过机箱内的数据开关选择。由于采用光电隔离器,隔断了主机与外部设备的电的联系,使设备具有很强的抗干扰能力,能满意地适应船闸的运行环境。
This article introduces the water level device developed for the control of the Gezhouba Dam Lock. The device uses the Z-80 microprocessor as the heart, with intelligent error detection, which can automatically determine the data error due to sensor failure, to overcome the weaknesses of ordinary water level. Display using a display panel to display multiple sets of data, but also need to expand at any time more than one display panel. The timing of the door opening signal can be selected by the data switch in the chassis. As the use of optoelectronic isolator, cut off the host and the external electrical equipment, so that the device has a strong anti-interference ability, can be satisfactorily adapted to the operating environment of the ship lock.
