目的:研究芎芷地龙汤对偏头痛模型导水管周围灰质c-fos和β-EP蛋白共存表达的影响。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠随机为4组:生理盐水组、模型组、舒马普坦组、中药治疗组。皮下注射NTG注射剂复制实验性偏头痛动物模型,经药物干预后在4h、6h两个时间点取材,采用免疫组化双标染色法测定导水管周围灰质c-fos和β-EP的免疫阳性神经元的兴奋状态及其共存表达情况。结果:模型组c-fos阳性细胞数和β-EP阳性细胞数增多,4h多于6h,两个时间点的阳性细胞数与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。中药组和舒马普坦组c-fos阳性细胞数减少,两个时间点的阳性细胞数与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);中药组β-EP阳性细胞数增多,两个时间点的阳性细胞数与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);舒马普坦组β-EP阳性细胞数增多,两个时间点的阳性细胞数与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:芎芷地龙汤可以减少由硝酸甘油诱导的致痛物质c-fos的表达,增加抗痛物质β-EP的表达,从而进一步减少三叉神经脊束核神经元的兴奋性,阻止痛觉信息的传递。
