所谓的群众文化活动,指的是人民群众因精神层面的需求而积极主动、广泛参与的(组织、创作、表演等)、带有娱乐性质,同时又具有一定艺术特色的文化活动。一般是以文艺的形式加于表现,如:民俗文化活动、文化交流、原生态表演(展览)、广场文化活动、文艺演出(会演)、文艺比赛、故事会、健身活动等。组织开展丰富多彩的群众文化活动是个级群艺馆、文化馆的主要职责。一、群众文化活动的分类(一)根据组织功能的不同可划分为1.政府性行为的示范性群众文化活动;2.机关、企事业单位、部队、学校举办的集体性群众文化活动;3.自发的群众性文
