循环经济是指建立在物质循环、再生和有效利用基础上的经济。同传统能源消耗性经济的区别在于,循环经济是建立在减少资源使用量,争取资源再利用和循环利用理念上的经济,而并非我们原来过渡的追求经济效益,大量的耗能和大量的环境污染,所以循环经济在今天的大形势下越来越需要。循环经济的核心三要素是低消耗、低排放、高效率。到目前为止,人类还只有一个生存的地球,所以我们要为子孙后代留下一个美好的生态环境。
