通过野外调查和室内饲养观察结果显示,西北利亚豆芫菁一年发生1代,成虫群集性,能取食多种植物,可多次交配和产卵。卵集产于土室中,每次产卵44-162粒,卵期25 d左右。幼虫主食蝗卵,有6个龄期,以5龄越冬幼虫历期最长,幼虫取食20-80粒蝗卵均可发育为成虫。
Through the field investigation and indoor rearing observation, the results showed that the northwestern bean meleagaphum occurred one generation per year, and the adults were clustered and could feed on many kinds of plants, which could be mated multiple times and lay eggs. Egg set produced in the soil room, 44-162 eggs each spawning, egg period 25 d or so. Larvae predators locust eggs, there are 6 age groups, the longest duration of 5-year-old larvae larvae, larvae feeding 20-80 locust eggs can develop into adults.
