患者男性,46岁。1982年10月起鼻寒、鼻腔干燥、流血涕、双侧耳鸣及听觉障碍,按慢性副鼻窦炎治疗效果不著,取鼻粘膜组织活检,病理报告为鼻结核。1983年4月20日症状加剧,体温持续在39℃以上,继之出现咳嗽、气短、多汗及血痰症状。X线检查右肺中部有一圆形阴影,先后疑诊为肺癌、肺结核病。6月29日入本院。查体:体温39～40℃,脉搏96次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压130/90mmHg。双侧鼻腔
