中国高校保健医学研究会会刊《高校保健医学研究与实践》,于2004年8月荻国家科技部、新闻出版总署批准,成为国内外公开发行刊物。《高校保健医学研究与实践》是全国保健医学界正式公开发行的第一份学术刊物,该刊物的公开发行填补了保健医学专业的空白。2004年11月19日,该刊物的首发式暨编委会第一次会议在西南师范大学召开。国家教育部体育卫生与艺术司廖文科副司长亲临指导,来自北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学等十多个省市院校的院长和编委出席了本次盛会,中国高校保健医学研究会副理事长、秘书长,重庆市科委、市新闻出版局、市教委领导,西南师范大学党委书记黄蓉生、校长宋乃庆等出席了会议。会议由西南师范大学副校长黎小龙同志主持；西南师范大学校长宋乃庆致大会欢迎词；杂志主编张龙杰同志在大会上回顾了该刊创刊历程并阐述办刊理念和思路；张宏印常务副理事长、市科委皮晓青副主任、市新闻出版局廖承文处长、市教委领导王平、编委代表黄希庭教授等都做了大会发言。《高校保健医学研究与实践》杂志的创刊标志着国内保健医学上了一个新台阶,该刊物的宗旨是大力倡导保健新理念,进一步推动保健医学的创新和发展。
China Institute of Medical Research Directory “University health medicine research and practice”, in August 2004 Di National Ministry of Science and Technology, Press and Publication Administration approval to become a public offering at home and abroad. The “Research and Practice of Healthcare Medicine in Colleges and Universities” is the first academic publication officially released by the national health and medical profession. The public offering of this publication has filled the gap in the field of health and medical education. On November 19, 2004, the first meeting of the publication and the first meeting of the Editorial Board was held at Southwestern Normal University. Deputy Director of Liao Wenke, Division of Sports, Health and Arts of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China came to visit with guidance from the dean and editorial board of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University and other more than 10 provincial and municipal institutions and attended the grand meeting. Will be vice chairman, secretary general, Chongqing Science and Technology Commission, Municipal Press and Publication Bureau, Municipal Education Commission leaders, Southwest Normal University Party Secretary Huang Rongsheng, principal Song Naiqing attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Vice President Li Xiaolong of Southwest China Normal University; President Song Naiqing of Southwest Normal University addressed a welcoming speech to the conference; Comrade Zhang Longjie, editor of the magazine, reviewed the founding process of the magazine and elaborated the concept and thought of running the magazine; Zhang Hongyin, Deputy Director of Science and Technology Commission Pi Xiaoqing, director of Municipal Press and Publication Bureau Liao Chengwen, director of Municipal Education Commission Wang Ping and editor-in-chief Huang Xiting all made speeches at the conference. The publication of “Journal of Research and Practice in College Health Medicine” marks a new stage in domestic healthcare medicine. The purpose of this publication is to vigorously promote new concepts of health care and further promote the innovation and development of health-care medicine.
