目的了解黑龙江省农民对新型农村合作医疗制度认知度、满意度,旨在进一步完善新型农村合作医疗制度提供科学依据。方法采用现场家庭入户抽样调查的方法,用χ2检验和因子分析方法分析认知度和满意度。结果对新型农村合作医疗制度的认知度差异有统计学意义(χ2=23 339.172,P=0.000),总体满意度62.767%,农民意愿补偿比例差异有统计学意义(χ2=136.700,P=0.000)。结论黑龙江省农村居民对新型农村合作医疗制度的认知度和满意度均较低,农民意愿提高补偿比例、提高缴费标准、加大政府投入。
Objective To understand the recognition and satisfaction of peasants in Heilongjiang Province on the new rural cooperative medical system and to provide scientific basis for further improving the new rural cooperative medical system. Methods A sample of on-site home-based sample surveys was used to analyze the degree of awareness and satisfaction with χ2 test and factor analysis. Results There was significant difference in cognition of the new rural cooperative medical system (χ2 = 23 339.172, P = 0.000), the overall satisfaction was 62.767%, and the proportion of farmers’ willingness compensation was statistically significant (χ2 = 136.700, P = 0.000 ). Conclusion The awareness and satisfaction of rural residents in Heilongjiang Province for the new rural cooperative medical system are low. The farmers’ willingness to raise the proportion of compensation, raise the payment standard, and increase the government investment.
