目的建立景天三七药材中槲皮苷、槲皮素及山萘酚的含量同时测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Phenomex Gimini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇∶0.4%磷酸水(梯度洗脱);流速为1 ml/min;检测波长为369nm;柱温为25℃。结果槲皮苷、槲皮素及山萘酚的质量浓度分别在0.002859~0.183,0.001594~0.102,0.004514~0.260μg/μl范围内与各自的峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.99993、0.99997、0.99997);平均加样回收率分别为98.46,101.85,101.73%,RSD分别为2.80,2.15%,1.71%(n均为6)。结论通过建立同时测定多指标成分含量的方法,可对药材进行多方位精密的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of quercetin, quercetin and kaempferol in Sedum notoginseng. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was Phenomex Gimini C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol: 0.4% phosphoric acid water (gradient elution); the flow rate was 1 ml / min; the detection wavelength was 369 nm; Results The calibration curves of quercitrin, quercetin and kaempferol were linear with their respective peak areas in the ranges of 0.002859 ~ 0.183, 0.001594 ~ 0.102 and 0.004514 ~ 0.260μg / μl, respectively (r = 0.99993, 0.99997,0.99997). The average recoveries were 98.46, 101.85 and 101.73%, respectively. The RSDs were 2.80, 2.15% and 1.71%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion Through the establishment of simultaneous determination of multi-index content of ingredients, herbs can be multi-directional precision quality control.
