本文介绍了权变理论以及它的三个组成模型:二维模型,行为四分图和方格图原理,并根据监理协调的实际情况,延展出了多点方格图。并提出了“多点”在“成熟——不成熟”三维图中运行轨迹的两个规律性。
This paper introduces contingency theory and its three component models: two-dimensional model, behavioral quartile graph and checkered graph principle, and according to the actual situation of supervision and coordination, extends the multi-point grid graph. And puts forward two regularities of “multipoint ” running track in the “mature - immature ” three-dimensional map.
