2005年12月23至日24日,中组部、中宣部、教育部在北京联合召开了第十四次全国高校党建工作会议。贺国强、刘云山、陈至立、周济等领导出席会议,全国各省(市)教育厅、教育部直属院校等负责人参加了会议。中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中央组织部部长贺国强代表中央作会议主题报告,教育部党组书记、部长周济作会议总结。浙江树人大学党委副书记章清同志与会并作为浙江省高校代表作大会发言,介绍了学校近年来党建工作的经验。在本次全国高校党建工作会议上,作大会典型经验交流发言的共有9家单位:浙江树人大学、湖南省委省政府、天津市委教育卫生委员会、哈尔滨工业大学、西安交通大学、中国农业大学、武汉大学、东华大学和山东大学等。浙江树人大学能参加这个大会并作典型发言,这不仅仅是对树人大学的一个肯定与鼓励,也是对整个民办高校的一个鼓舞与鞭策。现特全文刊登我校《实施“先锋工程”,探索民办高校党建工作新路子》的经验交流发言稿(标题略作改动),以飨读者。
