目的:观察虎杖甙(PD)对兔肠缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)的保护作用。方法:采用兔IRI模型与经PD处理的兔IRI模型和正常对照组作比较。结果:PD处理组动物血压降低的程度比IIRI组轻,平均存活时间明显延长。再灌注后2.5小时,PD处理组动物红细胞压积的升高程度明显低于IIRI组;PD还可以防止小肠壁和粘膜重量减轻,使其中丙二醛含量升高程度降低。结论:PD可减轻肠缺血再灌注时肠道的损害和血液浓缩,进而防止血压降低,延长动物的平均存活时间。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of polydatin on intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) in rabbits. METHODS: Rabbit IRI model was compared with PDI-treated rabbit IRI model and normal control group. Results: The blood pressure of PD group was lower than that of IIRI group and the mean survival time was significantly longer. At 2.5 hours after reperfusion, the increase of hematocrit in PD group was significantly lower than that in IIRI group. PD also could prevent the weight loss of small intestine wall and mucosa, and the degree of malondialdehyde increased. Conclusion: PD can reduce intestinal damage and blood concentration during intestinal ischemia / reperfusion, thereby preventing blood pressure lowering and prolonging the average survival time of animals.
