哈大线电气化微机远动系统投入使用至今,已达五年,供电调度员对全部设备实现遥控、遥测、遥信、遥调,牵引配电所实现无人值班。该系统在保证安全供电、缩短设备故障判断时间、提高判断故障的准确率方面起到了重要作用。对全路均有借鉴意义。供电调度控制中心是微型计算机远动系统的神经中枢。如何做好调度工作,规范调度管理,就显得尤为重要。本文就微机远动系统投运后,对供电调度员的职责、素质、管理模式等要求方面作一简要论述。
