李宝元:经济学博士,北京师范大学人本发展与管理研究中心主任,经济与工商管理学院教授、博士生导师。兼任首都教育经济研究院人力资源开发与管理研究所所长、国家职业技能鉴定专家委员会人力资源管理专业委员会委员、中国宏观经济管理教育研究会常务理事等职。长期从事经济学、管理学专业教学与科研工作。主要研究方向:人本发展与管理。涉及主要学术领域:人力资源开发与管理,人力资本与经济发展,制度经济学和体制改革,教育经济与管理,国民经济学,人口、资源与环境经济学。曾先后承担国家社会科学基金等科研项目十余项;发表学术论文百余篇;出版学术专著和教材二十余部。
Li Baoyuan: Doctor of Economics, Director of Human Development and Management Research Center of Beijing Normal University, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of School of Economics and Business Administration. He is also the director of Institute of Human Resource Development and Management of Capital Institute of Education and Economic Research, member of Human Resources Management Committee of National Professional Skill Expert Committee, and executive director of China Macroeconomic Management Education Research Association. Has long been engaged in economics, management science teaching and research work. The main research direction: human development and management. Involved major academic fields: human resources development and management, human capital and economic development, institutional economics and institutional reform, educational economy and management, national economics, population, resources and environmental economics. He has successively undertaken more than ten research projects such as the National Social Science Fund; published more than 100 academic papers; and published more than 20 academic monographs and textbooks.
