一、网购职业投诉的特点职业投诉是相对于一般消费投诉而言的,学界和业界尚无权威界定,笔者认为,职业投诉可以理解为投诉人通过在交易市场发现涉嫌违法行为,通过投诉以获取额外利益,并以此为业的行为。一般具备四个要素:一是投诉的主观故意性,二是违法行为的客观存在性,三是投诉频率的反复多次性,四是具有获取额外利益的动机。
