《中华人民共和国消防法》等相关消防法律法规颁布实施以后,为适应新需要各级消防部门对消防监督执法程序做出了相关调整,同时监督检查的内容也有了一定的更改,使消防监督执法工作得到了日益规范,消防监督执法的整体水准逐渐提升,对推动消防工作的全面发展产生了深远的影响。然而在实际应用消防法规的过程中仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题和不足。本文主要分析了当前消防法规在实际应用中所面临的实际困难,并有针对性的提出了具体的应对措施,以供探讨。
