对东方红<5>型机车液力传动箱齿形离合器的可乘队进行了详细分析与论述，指出齿形离合器工作的不稳定性是造成齿面磨损、离合器卡滞及自动退出的根源，并结合检修实践提出了行之有效的解决措施。
The paper analyzes and discusses the crew of the toothed clutches of the hydrodynamic transmission box of Dongfanghong <5> type locomotives. It points out that the instability of the toothed clutch works is the root cause of the wear of the tooth surface, the clutch jamming and the automatic withdrawal. Combined with maintenance practice put forward effective solutions.
