由于国际原油价格大幅上涨,国内成品油与原油价格倒挂的矛盾日益突出。为缓解炼油企业生产经营困难,增加国内成品油供给,保障市场供应,促进石油资源节约,2008年6月19日国家发改委宣布:从6月20日零时起上调汽油、柴油和航空煤油价格,其中航空煤油提高1500元/吨,调整后的基准价为7450元/吨。
