精子囊肿系好发于附睾头部的囊泡状赘生物 ,生成原因是附睾管的阻塞、破裂 ,以致精液贮留于浆膜下而成。精子囊肿与睾丸固有浆膜腔内液体贮留所引起之阴囊水肿有所不同 ,精子囊肿内的液体中存在精子。其发生比想像中的要多 ,通过超声检测可发现成人的发生率达 3 0 %。病因不明
