本文概述了新疆温泉县鄂托克赛尔水库坝后坡面上出现的异常渗漏溢出。在现场踏勘基础上,通过研究,分析了水库拦河坝的病险成因,提出了除险加固处理方案和措施。
This paper summarizes the spillover of anomalous seepage on the back of the dam of Etuo Ke Saier reservoir in Wenquan County, Xinjiang. On the basis of on-site survey, the causes of the risk of reservoir barrage were analyzed and the solutions and measures for danger elimination and reinforcement were put forward.
