已知心肌梗塞(ИМ)时,注射链激酶(СК)的溶栓疗法(ТЛТ)开始时间,对疗效有着决定性作用。ИМ者59例,年龄36～68(平均52±1)岁。均为原发性ИМ,年龄<70岁,典型胸痛发作至少持续30mim。起病到开始注射СК的时间分别在2h(入院前)和5h 内(住院后)。心电图符合:STv1～v4抬高≥0.3mV,ST Ⅰ、Ⅱ或 v5～v6抬高≥0.2mV,下壁ИМ时 ST Ⅰ、Ⅱ抬高≥0.1mV 或 STv1～v4降低≥0.2mV。59例ИМ位置分别为:前壁27例、后壁30例和侧壁2例。按首次注射СК时间将患者分为二
Known myocardial infarction (ИМ), streptokinase (СК) thrombolytic therapy (ТЛТ) start time, the efficacy of a decisive effect. ИМ 59 cases, aged 36 to 68 (mean 52 ± 1) years old. Are primary ИМ, age <70 years old, typical chest pain episode lasts at least 30mim. The onset time to start injection of СК in 2h (before admission) and 5h (after hospitalization). ECG compliance: STv1 ~ v4 elevation ≥ 0.3mV, ST Ⅰ, Ⅱ or v5 ~ v6 elevation ≥0.2mV, lower wall ИМ ST Ⅰ, Ⅱ elevation ≥0.1mV or STv1v4 reduction ≥0.2mV. 59 cases ИМ location were: anterior wall in 27 cases, 30 cases of posterior wall and 2 cases of the lateral wall. According to the first injection СК time will be divided into two patients
