当铸造型砂中原砂及粘土的种类、含量、温度等固定的情况下,型砂的导电性能(电阻 R_x)只与型砂的含水量(M_x)有关。在相同的测试条件下,测定不同含水量(用化学分析法确定)型砂的电阻值,建立 R_x—M_x 关系曲线,实地应用时由曲线上查找水份含量极为方便。本方法精度为0.1%,应用范围为水份含量2%—6%,标准偏差δ=0.08。
When the type, content and temperature of the raw sand and clay in the foundry sand are fixed, the conductivity (resistance R_x) of the sand is only related to the water content (M_x) of the sand. In the same test conditions, the determination of different water content (determined by chemical analysis) sand sand resistance value to establish R_x-M_x relationship curve, the field application to find the moisture content from the curve is very convenient. The accuracy of the method is 0.1%, the application range of moisture content of 2% -6%, the standard deviation δ = 0.08.
