目的:探讨不同浓度多酶液预处理消化内镜对清洗效果的影响,选择有效浓度的多酶液对消化内镜进行预处理。方法:将使用后的消化内镜600条随机分成A、B、C三组,每组200条,分别用浓度为1:350、1∶250、1∶150的多酶液进行预处理,比较3组消化内镜表面及管腔的清洁度、喷嘴堵塞评价、刷洗时间,以评价清洗效果。结果:B组(1:250)和C组(1∶150)消化内镜表面及管腔清洁度、喷嘴堵塞评价、刷洗时间,均优于A组(1∶350)。结论:浓度为1∶250和浓度为1∶150的多酶液用于消化内镜预处理可以保证最好的清洗效果,从经济的角度出发使用1:250的多酶液最为理想。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of different concentrations of multi-enzyme liquid pretreatment digestion endoscopy on the cleaning effect, select the effective concentration of multi-enzyme liquid pretreatment digestive endoscopy. Methods: 600 digestive endoscopes were divided into three groups A, B and C at random, each group 200, pretreatment with multi-enzyme solution with the concentration of 1: 350, 1: 250 and 1: Three groups of digestive endoscopy and luminal cleanliness, nozzle clogging assessment, brushing time to evaluate the cleaning effect. Results: The digestive endoscopy and luminal cleanliness, nozzle clogging assessment and brushing time in group B (1: 250) and group C (1: 150) were better than those in group A (1: 350). CONCLUSIONS: A multi-enzyme solution with a concentration of 1: 250 and a concentration of 1: 150 for digestion of endoscope pretreatment can ensure the best cleaning effect. It is most economical to use 1: 250 multi-enzyme solution from the economical point of view.
