In recent years, the utilization of nuclear energy and radioisotopes in our country has made great progress in the national economy and in medicine. As a result, the number of people exposed to low levels of ionizing radiation, especially those living outside the workplace, has increased. This level is very low, but whether there is any harm to the larger population has become an important research topic. Since the 1950s, there has been a great deal of research published in the world on radiation damage, radiation carcinogenesis, mutagenesis and embryo damage, but the dosages involved are far greater than those encountered in routine radioprotection. To observe the low dose or low
