城市古建筑是人类社会物质及精神文明的有机结晶,既是历史文化的物质载体,亦是社会经济层面的集中展现。而随着时代变迁,古建营造技艺与古建修复技术传承面临后继乏人,古建营造是一项实践性极强的工作,需要用大批掌握着精湛技艺的人才。本文从古建营造技艺与古建修复技术的传承和人才培养的现状出发,秉承“道器相融,传承创新”的理念,结合地方特色,提出传承和培养路径和人才培养的方案。
Urban ancient architecture is the organic crystallization of the material and spiritual civilization of human society. It is both a material carrier of historical culture and a concentrated manifestation of socio-economic aspects. With the changes of the times, the ancient building to create skills and ancient building repair technology inheritance facing the lack of successors, the ancient building to create a highly practical work, the need to use a large number of master the skills of skilled personnel. Based on the heritage of ancient building construction techniques and ancient building restoration techniques and the current situation of personnel training, this paper adheres to the concept of “integration of morality and traditions, inheritance and innovation” and puts forward the plan of inheritance and cultivation of path and personnel training in accordance with the local characteristics.
