“石油炼制和基本有机化学品合成的绿色化学”是 2 0 0 0年立项的 973计划项目。该项目以 1999年结题的国家自然科学基金重大项目“环境友好石油化工催化化学与反应工程”为基础 ,围绕“绿色化学”的宗旨 ,以解决当前国家资源与环境领域面临的突出问题为目标开展基础研究。本文介绍了项目实施几年来在新催化材料、新反应工程、新合成 /加工路线等方面形成的具有自主知识产权的重大新技术及其应用实施情况。这些技术包括生产清洁汽油的多产异构烷烃的催化裂化工艺技术、降硫降烯烃工艺技术、环己酮氨肟化技术和磁稳定床加氢技术。最后 ,总结了项目实施的组织模式。
“Green Chemistry for the Synthesis of Petroleum Refining and Basic Organic Chemicals” is a 973 project initiated in 2000. Based on the project of “Catalysts Chemistry and Reaction for Petrochemical Industry with Environmentally Friendly Petrochemicals”, a major project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 1999, the project aims at solving the prominent problems facing the current national resources and environment in the light of the tenet of “green chemistry” Carry out basic research. This article describes major new technologies with independent intellectual property rights and their application and implementation that have been formed in the areas of new catalytic materials, new reaction engineering, new synthesis / processing routes during the project implementation over the past few years. These technologies include the catalytic cracking process for productive isoparaffins for the production of clean gasoline, the sulfur reduction olefin reduction process, the cyclohexanone ammoximation process and the magnetic stable bed hydrogenation process. Finally, it summarizes the organizational mode of project implementation.
