分析了原有煤层瓦斯压力观测状况和存在的问题,提出了采用GPD100型0~6 MPa正压传感器与测定煤层瓦斯压力的瓦斯管相串联的设想,并将这一装置并入煤矿原有的矿井监测系统——KJ2000N监测系统,得到了现代化和数字化的煤层瓦斯压力测试系统,解决了依靠人员值守观测压力的问题,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,使得瓦斯压力测定实现了数字化、现代化。
The existing gas pressure observation conditions and existing problems were analyzed. The idea of using GPD100 0 ~ 6 MPa positive pressure sensor in series with gas pipe for measuring gas pressure of coal seam was put forward and the device was incorporated into the original Mine monitoring system - KJ2000N monitoring system, has been modern and digital coal seam gas pressure test system to solve the problem of observing the pressure by observing the staff to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve efficiency, making the gas pressure measurement to achieve digital ,modernization.
