本试验是为了探索保幼类激素对菜白蝶幼虫的效应,以减少农药残毒污染蔬菜、保护天敌,试图开辟防治蔬菜害虫的新途径。试验分室内和室外进行。室内试验于1979年3月24日至6月15日进行。供试样品有:JH734(6mg/ml)、JH738(25mg/ml)、ZR512(20mg/ml),ZR515(20mg/ml)。供试菜白蝶幼虫从菜地采集,处理后分别收入养虫笼内,适当配合正常异性,使其交尾产卵,以观察不孕情况。
