非标斜楔是汽车覆盖件冲压模具设计和制造中最复杂的部分,传统的设计方法非常复杂繁琐,导致设计周期长,而且质量无法保证。因此,提出一种基于子结构历史设计案例重用的非标斜楔快速设计方法。将非标斜楔及其周围相关的零件从模具中截取出来,并为其添加属性信息,形成被重用的非标斜楔子结构。新斜楔设计时,通过零件的功能特征信息和工艺参数与数据库中的模型属性进行匹配,搜索相符的子结构,并将其重用到新的模具设计中。在重用的过程中,子结构被成组装配到新的设计模型中,且可以进行位置的精确调整。实例表明,该设计方法可以实现非标斜楔的快速设计,有效提高了设计效率和设计质量。
Non-standard wedges are the most complex part of the design and manufacture of stamping dies for automotive panels. The traditional design methods are complicated and cumbersome, resulting in long design cycles and poor quality. Therefore, a rapid non-standard wedge design method based on sub-structure historical design case reuse is proposed. Non-standard wedges and their associated parts are taken from the mold and added with attribute information to form a reusable non-standard wedge structure. The new wedge design, through the parts of the functional characteristics of information and process parameters and model attributes in the database to match, search for the corresponding substructure, and reuse it to the new mold design. In reuse, substructures are assembled in groups into new design models and fine-tuned for location. The example shows that the design method can realize the rapid design of non-standard wedges and effectively improve the design efficiency and design quality.
