尽管我国水运业已有较大的发展,但其现状仍不能完全适应国民经济和社会发展以及外贸运输的需要。本文首先介绍了制约水运业发展的主要因素,然后详细介绍了我国发展水运业应该采取的若干政策和措施。
Despite the great development of China’s water transport industry, its status quo still can not fully meet the needs of national economic and social development as well as foreign trade and transportation. This article first introduces the main factors restricting the development of the water transport industry, and then introduces in detail some of the policies and measures China should take to develop the water transport industry.
