植物的器官,如根通过用α萘胺氧化法和氯化三苯基四氮唑法(TTC)还原力的活性诊断法;种子用 TTC 还原力和呼吸力测定的活性诊断法。但是,花药除了发芽试验外,还没有报道过花粉活性的简便测定法。我们于1981年在青森县农业试验场藤坂分场进行了水稻花药的活性诊断,明确了以测定花药中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的含量,来判断水稻花药活性的可能性,现将此法报导如下:
Plant organs such as roots are activated by the activity assay using alpha naphthylamine oxidation and triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) reducing power; seeds are assayed for activity with TTC reducing and respiring forces.
